I am an experienced and skilled architect, designer and project development professional that has held leadership positions on projects with budgets anywhere from $5,000 to $600 million (both national and international,) representing a wide variety of clients in numerous development scenarios.

The reason I am telling you this is that it is more common to have a building that can, for a myriad of reasons, sit empty. A home that doesn’t sell, a business that has closed or a park that is empty because everyone has moved away, it doesn’t matter. We must, ask the harder questions of ourselves before proceeding in this arena. Why here? Why now? Why is this necessary? Is this the most strategic way to accomplish your goals?

I take my practice of architecture a step further – I seek to find those solutions and develop those partnerships.  By bringing my experience and vision to businesses such as Starbucks, Boeing and Vulcan, I seek to expand the value and strength of their current real estate assets, while providing new perspective on future development needs.  Meeting the needs of society and the needs of the property owner can be achieved through vision, creativity, collaboration and strategic partnerships.
